water glycogen salt and carbs
Hi guys , I've been following you for a while now and using the tips you shared.. If you have time and good will, I'd appreciate some concrete advice. Namely, I do semi-professional sports and every fluctuation of 1-2 kg is felt on the court. So I'm wondering if it's wise to adjust the time before the weekend, emptying the water before the game and how to do it the smartest way? I tried to increase and decrease carbohydrates, take in more salt and water, but I can't figure out a specific protocol, in order to pace myself through the week for the weekend so that I have at least two kilos less so that I feel easier on the field ? Let me know any protocol if u have any ? any advice appriciated

natural herbs/diuretics sauna great question but theres so may variables that can effect how your hold water it’s a tricky question since carbs hold water so if you ate a different carb source that your body doesn’t quite fully agree with that could create small inflammation and then you hold more water on top of the carbs you’re already holding and then say you train on top of that and create even more inflammation from training, especially if it’s a large muscles like the legs you could easily jump 1 to 3 pounds for every single one of those variables

Low estrogen and high hematocrit
Any ideas on how to manage this. I take daily injections of testosterone and I didn’t realize that jardiance increases hematocrit.

dbol’s great for temporarily bumping your estrogen if you have it available but not a permanent solution

How do I avoid hairloss while running test?
I'm planning to take my protocol to the next level in the future, I want to maximize my potential to the max. I'm planning to hop on test and in the future, probably cruise at around 500mg a week. How do I avoid hairloss while taking test? Do give me some advice and comment down below. Thanks!

Back, Shoulder and Arm Acne After 8 Months on Testosterone – Looking for Advice
Hi everyone, I am looking for some advice from people who have experienced something similar, especially those who have dealt with severe acne while on testosterone. I have been on testosterone for around 10 months, and the past ten months have honestly been some of the best of my life in terms of my health, fitness, and body transformation. I have lost 53 kg, I am in the best shape of my life, and I am still pushing myself to improve every day. I try to do everything by the book. I prioritise hydration and take a comprehensive supplement stack, including TUDCA, NAC, nattokinase, vitamin D3, K2, omega-3s (2,500–3,000 mg daily), CoQ10, BPC-157 tabs with oral KPV for gut health, and a multivitamin. I eat very clean. I am adding in DIM, B5, and saw palmetto with pumpkin seed oil as well. However, I have developed a severe skin problem that is really affecting my confidence and quality of life. It started on my back and spread to my shoulders and upper arms. I scratched the affected area, which may have contributed to the spread. I am now dealing with inflamed spots, cysts, and scarring. It has reached the point where I feel ashamed of my body and have to wear oversized shirts just to cover everything up. My doctor believes it is bacterial folliculitis caused by bacteria from my nose and has ruled out androgens as the suspect. I have been prescribed a five-day course of antibiotics, and I am also taking low-dose Accutane (isotretinoin) at 10 mg daily. The skin looks and feels a little better, but it is nowhere near clear. I cannot help wondering whether testosterone is contributing to the problem, whether this is purely bacterial folliculitis, or whether there could be more than one thing going on. I really do not want to give up testosterone because of how much I have improved physically and how good I have felt over these past months. I have changed my life and habits to be as healthy as possible (bloodwork is on point) to be able to use these substances to help with my journey.

Like Tony said this usually DHT’s work I reccomend washing your bedsheets more frequent One thing to consider is your bodyweight is significantly lower than when you started. The same dose of test may not be required. Lowering it may be worth considering especially if you’re focused on general health not so much “build 5 pounds of muscle every month” Usually (simplified) how test works is it goes into your system and does its thing. You use up to say 200 for example before the body is like “okay we have extra” That extra and what it does or converts to isn’t always controlled. And in your case it sounds like a bit of that is converting to DHT and expressing on your back. I’ve seen guys just neglect their hygiene and it happens. Get a natural soap that doesn’t irritate your skin and has minimal chemicals and stuff you can’t pronounce Also seed oils can mess up your skin quality too, especially if you’re in the sun though the day
