The 60 Day Detox ParaFy Edition Group Cleanse is coming up starting October 19th! Below is the information on the group, how to join and how to run it if you would like to jump in. This is the only one we are running until 2027. Start Date: Starting Monday October 19, we are kicking off day 1 of the 60 day group. It’s 30 days of lymphatic & drainage prep followed by 30 days of cleanse (heavy metals, candida, and parasite) that ends on December 18th, just in time for the holidays. Before we start: On Sunday October 18th, I will be hosting a welcome and launch live video call in preparation for the course and the start of day 1. If you are joining the group cleanse, join in on that call and come prepared with any and all questions before we start. Access to that call is in the Calendar tab! For access to this course, it’s weekly lives and community support, please sign up for the Premium $15 per month membership and all access will be opened up to you. Familiarize yourself with it and run through the beginning education modules as this is the course we will be starting Day 1 of the prep phase on October 19th. On-going Meetings & Support: At the end of each week within the 60 Day Course, you will find a weekly check in and questions feed to use for any and all questions that you come across during the week. Each week has its own chat. On Sunday evenings at the end of every week, you will have the opportunity to jump into a live 1 hour video call with me in the group to cover any and all questions that were not asked or covered during that week, through that weeks chat. I’ve officially wrapped up August by completing my final challenges with the Happy Cells song and the Brain song. While I don’t have pictures or physical proof, the internal shift and ongoing improvement are undeniable. Singing these songs daily has anchored me through all the highs and lows of this past month, and I am so glad I made that effort. 🤎 September is a very special month for me—it’s my birthday month! 🎂🥳 Because of that, I am choosing to look at this new month as a complete fresh start. I am stepping into September with open arms, holding onto a lot of hope for beautiful changes, new growth, and a continued commitment to myself. Thank you, August, for the lessons. September, I am ready for you and the next challenge! 🎈🌟🥂
