For pour over: 90-92 for washed. I don't go above 92. If I taste too mush 'roastiness' I'll bump the temp down and same on heavily processed coffees.

Super excited about roast theory and green buying! 😃
Moisture & Conductivity
Yo! I put up a quick video talking through a home roasting question a got a few weeks back..., It's a good "conversation starter" topic - as it directly relates to all profiling (not just home roasting) and changes a lot about how we brew / taste coffee. Check it out and send it to a friend who sample roasts at home! Luke

Yeah, this was great! Would love to see more roast theory on specific coffees.
Welcome to the general thread!
This is for all community chat. Anyone looking for café recommendations - sharing recipes - latest and greatest coffees you’ve brewed at home - this is the space for that! What do you brew most at home?

Just carching up on all these threads. V60 is my daily go to and Oxo Rapid Brewer soup shots once a day or so. My classic espresso machine isn't getting much love these days.
First course is up!
Take a look, reviewing a reference curve for our competition coffee.

Thanks for this @Luke Allen ! I had been hoping someone would do content like this, to understand roast curves and what roaster look at and how it can translate in the cup! Super facinating!
