Episode 15 is in the books. Short one, because Melissa and I are on a plane in the morning. Here is the recap in case you missed it. **Organic. You do not need to post more. You need to post the right thing.** We walked through the 1879, a restaurant client in Sealy, Texas. Their very first real post was a simple Opening Soon carousel, posted on a Friday at 5pm. Seventy two hours later: over 43,000 views, 330 likes, 49 shares, 872 new followers, and 250 emails collected. Since April 10 that page has done 930,100+ views on Facebook, collected over 1,400 emails, and sold 998 tickets in the first four days of a soft opening that only ran five hours a night. Here is the part that gets people. For three months there was not a single food photo. Not a pepperoni, not a noodle. The restaurant was still under construction. We showed the dusty counters and the cables hanging from the ceiling, we told the story, we introduced the people, and we pointed every single call to action at one thing: join the Founders Club, which means give us your email. Views are the receipt. The list is the asset. Reach with nowhere to send people is just a nice screenshot. Two more things from that block. Carousels are the only format we see regularly outperform reels, so brand them and lean on them. And stop being afraid to repeat yourself. Members of that audience still ask what the hours are every week, after four months of posting. New people enter your world every day, so say the same thing again. **Paid. The ad is almost never the problem.** Most businesses promise tacos, and then the click shows a sandwich. The content says one thing, the ad says another, the landing page says a third, and a stranger has to re-learn what you do at every step. Most of them quit instead. Melissa brought up Mr. Beast as the example. The thumbnail says the thing, the first three seconds say the thing, and the video does the thing. No bait and switch, so the trust compounds. The chain is simple. Your content makes the promise. Your ad repeats it, same words, same claim, same face. Your page delivers it on the first screen. I do this on my own funnel, where the words on my ad are literally the words on the page you land on. Congruency is free. It is the cheapest lift in paid, and almost nobody does it.
