How confident are you that your clients get results?
I've been having convos with different people in my online community - peers as well as potential clients and I'm hearing different things so would love to ask you all too! Do you KNOW your clients are getting results in your 1:1 or 1:many offers? And if you do know - how do you know? And if you're not sure if your clients are getting results - why is that? Would love your thoughts!

@Marisa Pell what are their wins related to and what are they progressing towards? Do you have a defined outcomes / promise?
Tech for hosting audio files in online course
As I’ve been listening to @Mariah Coz ’s latest podcast episodes and reflecting on the way I feel most lit up and natural delivering content I realized I want to lean more into audio. I’m not quite ready to set up a podcast (private or public) although I’m sure the time will come for that soon. I had an idea that for the self study course version of my program I’m rolling out soon, rather than include ongoing support features like a community or calls, I can incorporate a Q&A Airtable form, curate the questions I get, then add audio responses to the top questions to the modules themselves. Similar to Mariah’s private podcast except just build the answers into the course curriculum itself for now - I kind of want this to be a less emphasized feature for now, so I’m not tied to a specific delivery timeline for that but just use it as a way to plug in gaps in the curriculum which is still relatively new. I also want to update my curriculum over time and deliver more of it via audio lessons vs videos, except when video is absolutely necessary for screen share demos etc. I was wondering for people who do this already if there is a software/platform you use to host the audio files and put them in your course? Similar to Vimeo but for audios? Or do you just add straight mp4 files to your course materials? Forgive me if this question is basic I’m just trying to wrap my mind around the tech. I’ve been delivering some custom feedback to my current clients via audio recordings I do on the Voice Memos app on my iPhone or iPad then uploading those mp4s to google drive and sending clients the shared G Drive link, but I’m not sure if google drive is the best long term solution to host mp4 files or if that will get out of hand with storage requirements and also I believe it allows clients to download a copy of the mp4 which may or may not be ideal for course materials.

Hey Janna! From an online learning perspective, and being accessible to all types of learners, I always recommend to my clients that they offer different versions of their materials... Written, audio file and video (some people need to see a person talking / presenting as they can lip read or see the info being presented) The easy way to do this is to create videos for your curriculum of you presenting or demonstrating, using slides or displaying the info (I love using Notion) and then uploading the audio track from the video and also the written slides / Notions - then your learners can pick how they learn best. I also love that you're conscious about filling gaps in the curriculum. With my clients, we collate all the gaps over a couple of months and then revamp the curriculum so that it's more robust. Hope this helps!
How can I restructure to a membership? Suggestions needed please
I launched my travel creator courses back in the middle of the pandemic, with an upgrade to our signature 8-10 week coaching program that includes weekly group calls. As travel has well and truly opened up, not only for me but my clients too, it has made it much more difficult to manage weekly availability, launches and has stunted the growth of the business. So after taking on a lot of advice through this community, as well as a lot of interest and requests from my audience, I am confident that the membership/subscription system is the right way to go for the health of my business and myself. But that is where I am stuck, feeling overwhelmed and a little lost. I don't know what to offer on top of just a monthly group call to make a membership offer attractive. Has anyone recently made that switch, has always had a membership or simply has feedback from the subscription as a client that could offer some advice/direction/encouragement/warnings?

What does your community want? What would differentiate the membership from your group program?
Not a value bomb
Any physical product bosses here that want to or already did add a significant amount of digital products to their suite? Curious how/what went together . Thanks!!!

I've worked with product based businesses to add courses to their businesses. A baker created recipe courses. A fashion brand created a styling course. A soap maker created a course on making soaps at home. They didn't add loads of courses / digital products but started with one specific skills based short course which has done really well for them!

@Amanda Singleton what would your community want to learn from you?
What questions do you have about monthly subscriptions vs. payment plans? 🤔
I shared in my launch diary update here that I want to record a podcast episode about creating an offer that is a monthly subscription (that you can cancel anytime) vs. a payment plan/pay in full situation where there is a commitment for X number of months or to complete X number of payments. Our new product, Monetize, is a monthly subscription. This is a big shift for us and I have a lot of thoughts, feelings, and pros and cons to share about this decision. What questions do YOU have about this decision? 🤔 ➡️ So far I have notes about: - fear of people joining for one month, getting everything and then canceling - making your offer "sticky" so it's a no brainer to continue on every month - my thoughts about how it could affect revenue, both for better or worse! What do YOU want me to cover in this new episode? I'll be recording it this week so please share in the comments!

@Graham Waite what is the membership about?

@Lauren deVane Personally this is too many different options for me to get my head around. I'd prefer... 2k flat fee and 'lifetime access' to all updated content 2k access for 12 months and then sell an x per month rolling membership after Or 200 a month membership But not all of these options - pick one easy pricing/offer structure
