Community Income Mastermind Is Becoming a Real Mastermind
9 spaces left as of today!!! i'm removing members from Community Income Mastermind. everyone on Skool is chasing member counts. i'm going the other way on my paid group. CIM (Community Income Mastermind) is becoming a real mastermind. here's what that actually means: - inactive members are leaving. paying or not — doesn't matter. though here's the thing that surprised me: the paying members are the active ones. paying = paying attention. - weekly accountability. that's the part that makes a mastermind a mastermind, not a content library with a chat. - more live calls. not just webinars - co-working sessions, hot seats, q&as. scheduled across time zones (catering for ppl across the globe). so it's not "live for Americans, replay for everyone else." - capped at 100 people. that's what my mental capacity can honestly manage. and i'd rather raise the price than lower the standard. here is the key part: - doors are open ONLY the last 4 days of each month. - ONLY if there's space under the 100 cap. - the rest of the month i'm delivering, not onboarding. all of this to serve my members better. and me. win-win, as always! now the numbers, because you know i show the maths: - right now: $37/month or $197/year. from 1 September: $97/month, $497/year. no negotiations! the $197 annual is basically two months at the September price. that's the whole maths on the "hefty discount." - 97 members are in CIM today. who knows how many stay after the cleanup. but after 1 September — hard cap at 100, last-4-days windows only. August is the exception: doors are open right now, at the old price, until August 31. grab it or leave it. your choice. - if you're building a community on Skool and you want people around you who actually show up — this is the easiest yes you'll get. - if you're going to join and lurk - honestly, save your $37. the free stuff here in HQ will serve you better until you're ready.

What is your average cost to acquire a new community member?
Let me ask you what your average cost is for acquiring a new community member through cold Facebook ads. I know it varies significantly depending on the niche, target audience, and offer, but I’m interested in getting at least a rough benchmark. At the moment, I’m paying around €10 per member for my free community, which feels quite high to me. What results are you getting? And what have you found works to lower your cost per member? Do you send people directly from the ad to your community landing page, or do you use a lead magnet first and then invite them into the community? I’d love to hear your experience and any tips. 🙏

🍺 Weekend Community Crawl BEGINS!
it's time for Community Crawl. but this time, it is a little different. the Theme is SURPRISE. but first, WHAT IS COMMUNITY CRAWL? - you visit 9 communities of other HQ builders - you learn new places, you meet new people, find new friends & collab partners - when you finish all 9 communities, you get a present 🎁 WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU? - these are 9 good communities run by 9 HQ Builders worth knowing. the fastest way to a collab is to turn up in someone's space and be useful in it. - and you get to see those communities the way you'll never see your own. how the onboarding actually feels. what the classroom looks like from cold. who's posting, and what they're posting about. you've stopped being able to see your own community. everyone has. nine fresh ones fixes that faster than any lesson i could write. - so walk in as an owner, not a visitor. same question at every door — what's working here that i'd steal. that answer is the whole point. the doors and the fun is just the excuse to go looking. 💥 SURPRISE: this weekend i'm sending you into 9 communities. BUT you don't know which ones WHAT SHOULD YOU DO? - to start, comment DOOR or your fav gif below. i'll DM you the first 3 links. - you walk all three, then come back here and comment "first 3 done" and what did you notice interesting/surprising about them and worth trying in your community. - then i'll send the next three. - BTW, if you are waiting for the entry (cause some hosts need to let you in), go ahead and ask for the next batch - you do the same with them. come back, comment....you got the idea. THREE ROUNDS. NINE DOORS. - when you've walked all 9, come back and tell us the ONE thing you're changing in your own community because of it. plus any cool HQ builder you've. - doors open NOW, they close Monday at 12:00 my time. that's three days for nine doors. THERE IS NO RUSH. i'm in Israel and i do sleep. if you comment at 2 am my time your next three come in the morning. nothing is lost, nothing expires.

Am I doing wrong, or is this a problem with non-English communities on Skool?
I’d like to ask you about something I’m currently struggling with while building a community in the Czech Republic. I’m trying to attract new members through advertising and I’m using a free webinar as a lead magnet. However, I’ve noticed a significant difference depending on where I send people from the ad. When I send the ad directly to my Skool About Page, only 1 out of 200 visitors joins the community. (Fremium) So I tested sending the exact same ad to an external landing page, where people first register for the webinar. Out of 200 visitors, around 40 people register. I then explain to them that the webinar takes place inside Skool, and approximately 8 of them eventually join Skool. So the results look roughly like this: Skool About Page: 200 visitors → 1 member External landing page: 200 visitors → 40 registrations → 8 Skool members I’ve also tried addressing this with an explanatory video and an email sequence explaining what Skool is and why they should join the community. This has made me wonder whether I’m doing something wrong, or whether this is a common challenge for non-English-speaking markets? In the Czech Republic, most people have never heard of Skool, and the registration experience is also in English. Have you encountered a similar problem with other non-English-speaking communities? And do you have any recommendations for reducing this friction and improving the conversion from interested visitors to Skool members? what you think? Thank you
