I'm very exited to start this

I thought I’d jump on and introduce myself. I’m Monalisa, from Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺 I’m in the fitness industry and honestly, fitness is something I’ve always lived and breathed. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and currently work full-time in Health & Safety, but I’m now building my online fitness business and working towards making that my full-time focus. I’m here to learn, connect and hopefully get some guidance along the way, especially around my niche, positioning and how to really stand out online without trying to be like everyone else. I’m still figuring some of that out, so I’m really looking forward to learning from everyone here and hearing your experiences. Excited to be here! 🤍

Hello everyone I’m so excited to have joined this group.

First I want to thank each and every one of you who have helped this community grow! I built Amiga for the woman trying to keep her head above water. For the last three months, the Monday calls have been free. Now I'm pouring even more into the women who show up every week when we landing The Foundation (you'll see soon <3) which will only be a group of 10 women at a time. The last two free calls are tonight (October 5) and next Monday (October 12). Starting Monday, October 19, the live calls and replays move to The Vault Premium. What stays free for everyone: 3 resources waiting for you in the Classroom. 1. Out of the Fog: a 3-day reset to calm your body, empty your head, and take your next step. 2. The Routine Upgrade: a 30-minute morning and a 40-minute wind down. 3. Groundwork: a 30-day habit tracker with bad-day versions and your own fog graph. 4. Premium, $30 a month: - Live calls with me every Monday at 6PM EST - Your questions answered live at the end of every call - The full call library, every past replay whenever you need it - A circle of women who get it, cheering you on and holding you to it - Discounted tickets to Amiga events - Your $30 price locked in for as long as you stay, even when it goes up Upgrade after October 12 to lock in $30 a month. This is the lowest it will ever be. Let's shift, amiga
