Are you actually drinking enough water?
We are here to help women understand their bodies better and learn how to support themselves. Part of that journey is becoming more aware, tuning in, and listening to the signs your body is giving you. Don’t ignore them. Work with your body, not against it. Be a team. Dehydration isn’t always obvious. You don’t have to feel extremely thirsty to be dehydrated. Some of the signs can be quite subtle, so it’s worth paying attention to what your body is telling you. Common signs of dehydration can include: - Feeling thirsty or having a dry mouth - Dry, tight or less elastic skin - Headaches - Feeling tired, flat or low in energy - Brain fog or difficulty concentrating - Dizziness or feeling light-headed - Dark yellow urine or urinating less often - Constipation or harder stools - Feeling hungry when you may actually be thirsty - Muscle cramps or weakness - Feeling overheated more easily - Bad breath - Dry lips, dry eyes, dull hair - Feeling your heart beating faster than usual, especially when you’re hot or active And remember, your fluid needs can increase with exercise, hot weather, sweating, travel, illness and alcohol. One simple habit I encourage is to keep water with you throughout the day rather than waiting until you feel very thirsty. Your body is constantly giving you signals. Learning to recognise them is an important part of looking after your health. So tell me honestly, how much water do you drink lately? I admit, I have to constantly remind myself.

I have a busy in/out for work. In car/clients house. I love ice so I’m gonna get a cooling cup I love and a small cooler for water. I NEED more water. I used to make a lemon water every morning and when I moved recently I stopped. I have roommates now and want to be quiet in the morning so cracking ice trays and making lemon slushy in Ninja stopped. It was so satisfying!

We have all started somewhere and this is your somewhere. Whether you found us through a Facebook ad, a friend, or just a feeling that something needed to change, you are here now and that matters. Take a moment and introduce yourself below. Tell us: - Your name and where you are from or - What made you finally say yes to this or - And your favourite thing to eat right now, healthy or not, no judgement here 😄 There are women in this community at every stage of the journey. Some are on Day 1, some have been here a while. All of them started exactly where you are standing right now. Very good starting point is the "7 Day Energy Boost" because we all need good energy to get going physically and mentally. With better energy everything else feel less effort :) Say hi. You might just make someone's day. Kelli

@Naturopathic coach Kelli Thanks! I’m excited to learn! I want to eat healthy-it’s the only answer remaining on my list of “procrastination do nots” list. I started on a healing journey in April of 25 and mentally, emotionally it’s working, I want to tweak my commitment to 86 sugar! I want to learn more vegan recipes and I got an instPot for making yogurt, bone broth, rices and whole chickens for protein. I’ve been single for 15 years and gave up cooking healthy foods many years ago! I’m walking in my 7 year old spirit, I want to feel that strength and youthful energy again! I believe it is not only possible but probable for me! Thanks for opening your door.🕊️🪷💞

@Laura Brown Im adding small changes at a slow and steady pace. Finding what I like and learning to use spices has been very rewarding! I don’t spend much time on SM but I am learning how to navigate! Thanks for checking in.
