Pre-masterclass share: the AI service that’s producing the fastest ROI for clients right now
With the Weekly AI Masterclass happening in 16 hours, figured this was a good time to share what’s been producing the clearest, fastest results in the field. The AI service that sells and retains best: Missed Lead Recovery System The core automation: → Business misses a call → AI sends SMS in <10 seconds → AI qualifies the lead in real time → books into calendar → 7-day smart follow-up for non-responders → Voice AI layer: answers calls 24/7, qualifies, books → Full pipeline automation Why this converts to retainer: 1. Every business owner feels the pain of missed calls 2. ROI shows in 2-3 weeks (visible booked appointments) 3. Real stickiness — they won’t turn it off once it’s working Results: HVAC client went from 11% to 34% appointment rate in 6 weeks. Retainer range: $500-$2,500/month. Happy to talk through the setup or how to pitch it. Looking forward to the masterclass!

swapped ai models for a week, output barely moved
most new model drops change nothing for what i actually build. swapped models for a week on my video pipeline and the output barely moved, the prompt and the glue between steps was the real problem. am i wrong or has a new model actually changed anything for u?

same here, swapped the model on my missed call texter and the replies came out the same. the bit that kept breaking was passing the customer's address to the next step lol
Human First Draft or AI First Draft?
For those of you using AI to draft posts or emails, where do you land: do you write a rough human version first and let AI polish it, or let AI write the first draft and then rewrite it until it sounds like you? Curious which one holds up better once you read it back the next day.

rough version myself first then let ai clean it up. when i let it write first every text sounded like a brochure lol
automating my boring tasks is overrated, change my mind
hot take: automating your own boring daily stuff with ai is kinda overrated. spent a whole weekend building something to sort my texts and i still hand type the same quotes lol. am i doing it wrong or does everyone hit this wall?
Building Connections. Creating Value. Shaping a Better Future Together.
Nearly nine years have passed since I graduated from university and began my journey in software development. Looking back, I realize how much this journey has given me—not only in technical expertise and professional experience, but also in perspective, resilience, and a deeper understanding of people. First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to every client, colleague, and individual who has placed their trust in me, supported my growth, and shared a part of this journey with me. Whatever I have achieved so far would not have been possible without the people I have had the privilege of working alongside. This journey has not always been easy. There have been demanding discussions with clients, difficult challenges that tested my abilities, and painful farewells to colleagues who became more than just people I worked with. Through both the hardships and the rewarding moments, I have learned invaluable lessons about perseverance, trust, teamwork, and the importance of human connection. Professionally, I have had the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, including AI agents, healthcare applications, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. These experiences have strengthened my technical capabilities while allowing me to develop a broader understanding of business needs, client perspectives, and the challenges of turning ideas into meaningful solutions. Yet, as I look toward the future, I find myself thinking about something beyond technology and individual achievements. **I want to help build a network where people can grow together, create value for one another, and contribute to a better future.** I envision a community in which people connect through shared values, mutual respect, and a willingness to help one another—regardless of nationality, ethnicity, race, gender, background, or professional boundaries. A place where knowledge is shared rather than guarded, opportunities are created rather than kept to ourselves, and collaboration is driven not merely by personal gain, but by the belief that we can accomplish more together than we ever could alone.
