Before the challenge ends, I just wanted to give a huge thanks to @Jim Ebbelaar for the challenge and for creating such a great community. Iโ€™ve taken challenges and courses for years, and I can honestly say that this one was beautifully done. Iโ€™ve never seen one where the lessons were this short, yet packed with so much important stuff, all explained so clearly and precisely. Down-to-earth, transparent, simple, and clear.A generous amount of Q&As, and AI, with a quality that could even be easily charged. It was also really nice and refreshing to see someone who doesnโ€™t keep selling their paid products every 10 minutes, and who clearly explains the path to the paid offerings. It felt clean and respectful, and it made me genuinely want to know more, rather than making me feel like I needed to know about it because of pressure or fear. For me personally, I developed some ADHD symptoms after a brain injury, so honestly, I donโ€™t know what itโ€™s like to live with strong ADHD from birth. But what I can say is that all the good qualities of ADHD that you mentioned came through beautifully in this challenge, and youโ€™re definitely a great example for all of us of whatโ€™s possible with ADHD, and because of ADHD. Wishing you continued success, and I hope you stay just as kind, direct, transparent, and humble as you grow even more successful. I sure your parentsโ€™ souls are very proud of you!
Ikigai
Just discovered my Ikigai, and it finally named something I've circled my whole life: I'm the person who helps others navigate the frightening seasons of life. The 2am research, the medical puzzles I've solved for family, and even my Medicare work - they're all the same thing. Analytical mind, loving heart, one purpose. Turns out I never aimed too low. I just aimed my intelligence at love. And that was never wrong.

๐Ÿ“… Daily Check-in - August 24, 2026 ๐Ÿ’ญ Reflection: "Today I am feeling a little off. Maybe it's because I stayed up late last night watching a couple Mel Robbins' videos after having Diet Dr. Pepper to drink during the day and evening. I usually drink diet ginger ale with no caffeine, but store had been out of it. I know soda isn't the best thing to drink but I do. It was strange because I felt tired, exhausted even, but couldn't fall asleep. At least the Dr. Pepper is gone now and I have my caffeine-free ginger ale. I also am feeling out of sorts, like there is too much on my plate. Sometimes I just think about being retired and doing relaxing, creative things all day. But that is just not my reality right now. Not sure what is causing my mood changes and not sure how to stop them. Also my planning app has been malfunctioning and that is stressing me out a bit. Had a semi-plan for today but not sure what I'm going to do, where I can start without getting frustrated and spiraling. Grief...anyone?
I found out fairly recently that I have ADHD. I'm 53. What's come alongside that discovery is something I wasn't expecting: grief. Real grief. Grief for who I could have been if I'd known sooner. Grief for what I could have accomplished. Grief for where my life could be right now. Here I am at 53, financially strapped, without much I can point to and say "I built that." I can't stop thinking about the imaginary version of me who got the information at 20, or 30, or even 40, and what she might have done with it. The work I'm doing from this program has helped me so much, but it's also part of why the grief is hitting so hard right now. For the first time I can actually see what's possible for me, and the gap between that and where I am now feels enormous. I think this grief would have surfaced either way eventually. The program just made it more acute right now. I wanted to ask: has anyone else here gone through this? The mourning of a life you might have had if you'd known sooner? How did you handle it? What helped? Iโ€™m finding it hard to get past this.

@Shani Sherwin also btw what i found that is usually a blind sport but super essential is truly accepting the lost and where it led to, the life and person it led to "today", it's so so shocking that we tend to be in resistance but that is division not love, and as we know love and oneness, real surrender and acceptance is the base. what we resist persists and we may not even be aware we are resistsing... in case it helps jut sharing
