I’m opening up the 💬 Community Talk category so anyone who reaches Level 2 can create a post. You can ask questions or start conversations around Skool, community building, and Trafficmaxxing. Just remember this is a public community, and the community rules still apply. Opening this category does not mean we’re opening the feed up to general motivational posts, FYIs, self promo, thought articles, or unrelated topics. I want to keep the conversations useful and on topic for everyone here. You can find the community rules here. I'm in @Jenna Ostrye's Trafficmaxxing challenge and last night I recorded my video... with my head cut off the entire time... I posted it anyway cause I see it as a hilarious take on faceless video - ummm... headless actually! BUT the content was really good! Sacrificed production for content and was validated in that this morning in the Morning Show 🤣 Today I spent the majority of the day off and on Facebook in conversations about Lindsay Clancy. I have a unique perspective because I've been hospitalized with PPP twice in the past and I think what I have to say needs to be said because it is being completely ignored by many who are arguing about what she deserves. And there is a direct correlation to the business I am called to build and scale. And I just spent an hour sharing my story and why it's so important... before I realized that I had forgotten to plug in my almost dead phone and the screen was black. 😝 I've plugged it in. I will be re-recording this one. I will schedule it to post tomorrow morning. And tomorrow I'm not going to spend so much time in conversations for research before recording, I'm gonna just jump on camera and go... because what I have to say doesn't actually ride on whether I've discussed this and learned more about it - I have enough information to "yap" on my perspective and why it's important and connected to my business :) Gonna go check if my phone is ready to record again - been awake since 3 so not looking forward to a late night... might just have to call it depending on how long it takes to record what needs to be said and get it scheduled - that will be good enough for sure :) Taking Messy action cause what I need most right now is consistency 🥰

I learned pretty quickly that getting people to join a Skool community and finding the right people for that community are two very different things. When I first started building on Skool, I went back to former clients and people I knew and invited them over. Some joined. And then… they didn’t come back. For a while, that was really discouraging. I had people telling me they loved what I was creating, but that didn’t mean they wanted to log into Skool and use it. Eventually I had to face something that seems incredibly obvious now. A name on the member list is not the same thing as finding someone who actually wants what the community was built for. And now I’m building something new. Kingdom Peace & Prosperity. It’s a place where Kingdom business owners don’t have to separate the business conversations from the faith conversations. We can talk about what we’re actually building, what we’re navigating, what God is showing us and learn from each other as we go. This time, I’m starting differently. I see growing a community on Skool as a partnership. When I consistently send traffic to my community, Skool can do its part to help match that traffic and give the community a tail wind through Growth Boost. My part is sending the traffic. That consistency is what I want to build over the next two months. That’s why I joined Jenna’s paid community and committed to the Trafficmaxxing Cohort. I’ll be consistently posting on YouTube and learning how to create a clear path from the content I’m sharing there back to the community I’m building here. I want that consistency to become second nature and easy to follow through on every day. YouTube is my main platform (my channel is Skool For Beginners, where I answer the beginner questions people are afraid to ask out loud...filmed on my phone, no studio, no screen share, no waiting until I look like I have my shit together) & then once I sign up for one of those metricool tools (where it repurposes your content for you), each new piece for YT will get repurposed to Instagram (which auto-posts to Facebook) & TikTok. And what I want all of that traffic to actually DO for my business...
