🚀New Video: I Built Another Andrej Karpathy Using Claude
Andrej Karpathy explains AI better than anyone alive, so I built another Andrej Karpathy using Claude. It's not a voice clone. It's a Claude Code agent built from over 700,000 words of his lectures, blogs and posts, and it teaches the way he does. I'll show you the 4 steps to build your own, and once you've done it with Karpathy, you can do it with pretty much any expert you learn from.

🏆 Weekly Wins Recap | September 26 – October 2
From a first $3K/month retainer and paid client systems to custom apps, automated ad workflows, and personal AI tools - this week inside AIS+ was another reminder that the best way to learn is to build something real. 🚀 Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ 👉 @Jonah Priour landed his first regular client at $3K/month, building a lead engine for a home staging company. 👉 @Miriam Chin locked in her first paid client for a surf-booking system, with the case study and live demo now becoming proof she can show future clients. 👉 @Ahmad Sidawi went from interior designer to shipping his first real software product, buildinspo.com, in just 4 days. 👉 Casper Koopmans replaced a year of manual ad iteration with a system that translates creatives, categorizes them by persona, and files everything automatically. 👉 @Debbie Ai upgraded her AI chief of staff, shipped her own Zoom welcome app, and hit all three community leaderboards at the same time. ⸻ 🎥 Super Win Spotlight | @Rachel Alejandrino Rachel joined AIS+ asking herself one big question: “Could I actually do this?” Today, she’s quit her job, gone all in on building her own AI business, and landed her first paying client. She’s also built her own AI OS and can now prototype systems in weeks that previously might have required months and a development team. Her biggest takeaway? You don’t need to figure everything out alone. A strong foundation, the right coach, and people on the same journey can make a huge difference. 🎥 Watch Rachel’s story 👇 ✨ Sometimes the biggest win is realizing you’re no longer just learning about AI - you’re actually building a business with it. Step inside AI Automation Society Plus and start building the skills, systems, and confidence that can turn into something real 🚀

What do you get if you upgrade to AIS+?
Some of you have never heard of the AIS+ community. Others have but the part that trips you up is the actual difference between the two. Either way, this post will give you clarity. This free group is a bundle of quick resources pulled from my YouTube videos, plus a massive open community that anyone can join. It's a great place to get your bearings and see what's possible. But it's open to everyone, it can be noisy and overwhelming, and there's no path through it. You can get help from other members, but I rarely answer questions here. AIS+ is the opposite: - A step by step roadmap with a clear order, so you're never guessing what to do next - A much smaller community of people who are seriously committed to building and selling AI agents - I answer questions every day and run a weekly Q&A call where you can get direct access to me For the course material: The roadmap takes you from zero to building and selling AI agents, and the whole thing is built on the latest tech like Claude Code and Codex. We update it constantly. The old n8n material has been archived. It's still there if you want it, but it's no longer the focus, because the way you build today has moved on and the courses moved with it. Here's the actual roadmap inside, in order, with when each piece opens up: 1. Start Here (opens the moment you join). Gets you oriented. How the community works, the path ahead, and how to get help when you need it. 2. Build Your Portfolio (opens the moment you join). Why a portfolio matters, beginner level tutorials, and what types of projects to focus on. You end up with real work you can show a client. 3. Claude Code (opens the moment you join). This is now its own dedicated course. Build faster, turn ideas into working automations, and go deep on the tool serious builders are using right now. This takes you from beginner to advanced, step-by-step. 4. Get Your First Clients (opens after 30 days). Getting your first clients is hard, because you don’t have any case studies yet. So, we analyzed all of the success stories from our members and found they get their initial clients with two different techniques: warm outreach and Upwork. So, we teach both techniques in detail with exactly what to say, exactly how to position yourself when you have no proof.

Scheduled my Upwork job screener to run on its own every evening 🔁 1. What I scheduled A loop that checks the newest Upwork jobs every 10 minutes. Claude Code reads each job, gives it a score from 0 to 100, and skips anything under 70. When a job passes, it emails me the job link, the score, why it's a fit, and a drafted proposal. I read it, edit it, and send it myself. It runs every day from 18:00 to 22:00 Pakistan time, which is 9 AM to 1 PM US Eastern. That's when US clients post the most jobs, and being one of the first proposals matters on Upwork. The command is one line: /loop 10m /upwork-job-screener loop 2. Loop or scheduled task, and why I went with a loop for three reasons: - It runs inside my current Claude Code session, so it keeps context between checks. It remembers which jobs it already screened and doesn't score them twice. - It only needs to run in one evening window. Something running all day would burn tokens on hours when I'm not around to send proposals. - It's easy to start and stop. I start it when I sit down and stop it when the window closes. 3. One surprise Most of the feed is noise. About 80% of the newest jobs are off-target for me, even when they're tagged "AI" or "automation." Things like manual SEO work, GoHighLevel setup, AI video creation, and cold-calling roles tagged "Lead Generation." The second surprise: some of the best matches still get skipped because of the client's rules, like "must have $1k+ earned," "90% Job Success," or regions that leave out Pakistan. The loop flags these so I don't spend connects on proposals that can't win. Before this I spent 10-15 minutes reading each job by hand. Now I only read the ones that pass. How do you filter your Upwork feed? By hand, saved searches, or something automated? #AISChallenge

Built my first cloud automation on Trigger.dev 🎉 1. What you deployed - An automation that finds dental practices I can sell websites to. It searches Google Maps for dentists in my city, checks each practice's website for problems (broken, no HTTPS, not mobile-friendly, copyright from years ago), and drops the top 25 straight into ClickUp with the reason, so I know exactly what to pitch. First run: 25 leads in 1.3 minutes. Schedule's paused while I'm testing so I don't burn credits. 2. What broke - My first test found 128 dentists and created... 0 leads 😅 I'd skipped "closed" practices, but Google Maps also says "Closed ⋅ Opens 9 AM" after hours, and I tested at 8:30pm. Claude Code found it and fixed it to only skip permanently closed ones. Also learned Dublin dentists nearly all have websites, so I switched from "no website" to "outdated website" leads, and went from 1 lead to 27. Loving how fast this comes together with Claude Code, on to Day 5!
