Quick heads up — we changed our name
So AIFCA used to stand for "AI Filmmakers Career Agents."
Now it's "AI Film Career Accelerator."
Same letters. Same community. Same me. Just swapped out one word.
Here's why.
"Agent" sounds like I'm representing you. Like I'm the guy who calls up a studio and gets you the gig. And for a minute, that WAS kind of the plan.
But that's not actually what this is. This is a community that helps you build your own career — your own profile, your own reel, your own pipeline of work. I'm not standing between you and the people hiring you. You are.
"Agent" said one thing. We do another thing. So the name needed to catch up to reality.
"Accelerator" is just more honest. It's a place that helps your career move faster — not a person doing the moving for you.
