YouTube Music release stuck: Wait or drop the next single?
Hey everyone, Since everyone here is already well aware of the current YouTube Music upload issues, I’ll skip the background details and get straight to my dilemma. My first album (distributed via DistroKid) was uploaded over a week ago. It’s live everywhere else, but completely missing on YouTube Music, and a recent resubmission didn't help. My main question is: Should I wait for this album to finally drop on YouTube Music before putting out my next single/album, or go ahead and release anyway? @Jesse Hull , I'm especially curious to hear your take on this—what do you think is the best move in this situation? Would love to hear everyone's recommendations. Thanks! UPDATE: I tried changing the album cover, and it worked; my album finally appeared on YouTube after weeks of waiting. I reuploaded the same cover and then slightly changed the name of one song. After a business day, my album appeared on YouTube Music.

Apple music & Itunes
Question: on distrokid, how do we give credits when putting a song on apple music and iTunes for those? I use chatgpt to help write my lyrics, tell it what I've been through, then tell it the style I want. Use suno to make the song with my voice. But when putting a song on apple music and iTunes it wants to know who to credit.
