Why are you still stuck?! (explained below)
You've spent years trying to fix your body. So why do you still scan it for pain every morning? You train regularly, travel, play your favourite sport and you've seen specialists, changed your training, tried exercises, mobility and treatments... And yet... every time you feel better, it comes back. You are trapped in a vicious cycle: pain, find someone, get an explanation, get a plan, feel better, get back to life, pain again. It keeps turning for three reasons: 1. You can't say what set it off. When the pain returns, you still can't tell what triggered it, or which parts of your training and your week actually matter. 2. You know how to calm it down, not how to change what keeps it going. Rest, mobility, treatment and exercises take the symptoms away for a few weeks. What's underneath hasn't changed, so the same problem comes back. 3. Every change puts you at square one. A long flight, three bad nights of sleep, a heavy week or a movement you haven't done before, and you don't know whether it's the same problem, a new one, or something to worry about. Getting out of it takes three steps. Step 1: First I work out what's actually keeping you stuck. Your history, training, travel, sleep and previous injuries, everything you've already tried, what helped, what didn't and what happened when it came back. Then I test how you move and find what changes when your symptoms show up. Step 2: Then we change what's keeping the cycle going. We retrain the movement, strength or control that's missing, change your training where it needs changing and test one thing at a time so you can see what's doing the work. Step 3: Then you learn what to do when things change. We build what worked into your normal week, decide what stays and what goes, and put it to the test when travel, stress, bad sleep or a heavy block gets in the way. I'm taking 10 people through this (3 places are gone already). Everything is written out here: https://gamma.app/docs/Movement-Mastery-Method-8nd00l4qmid7ivq

⚠️ JUST JOINED? DON'T MAKE THESE MISTAKES
These are the biggest mistakes that keep people stuck (even inside this program). ❌ Mistake #1: Looking for the "right" exercise. If you spend your time here hunting for the perfect exercise... you'll probably end up buying another program. Every exercise has a job. Learn what that job is, when to use it, and when to change it. ❌ Mistake #2: Judging every session by your pain. If every session ends with: "Did my pain go away?" You'll miss the information that actually helps you improve. Instead, ask yourself: - What changed? - What did I notice? - What did I learn? Those answers tell you what to do next. ❌ Mistake #3: Comparing everything to McGill, your physio, YouTube... You'll hear things that contradict what you've been told before. Good. But don't spend the next 12 weeks trying to decide who's right. Test all of them, pay attention to what happens, then decide. ❌ Mistake #4: Watching everything before doing anything. This isn't Netflix. Don't binge the modules. Watch, apply, reflect, repeat. ❌ Mistake #5: Trying to prove what you already believe. If you come in thinking: - "My core is weak." - "My pelvis is out." - "My hips are tight." - "McGill says..." - "My physio said..." Then you subconsciously look for evidence that proves you're right. And you'll never see anything else. Get curious. Treat every session like an experiment. ❌ Mistake #6 Waiting for me to fix you. Every time something changes, you'll be looking for someone to tell you what to do next. The goal is for you to know what to do before you ask me. ❌ Mistake #7: Expecting me to do the thinking for you. I can guide you, challenge you and point you in the right direction. But I can't make those decisions for you. That only happens when you start asking better questions, testing things for yourself and making your own decisions. That's how you become the expert on your own body. That's how you build the skill to solve problems long after your work here ends. Let's get to work,

Week 2 Day 4 Self Assessment Segmentation
Scapula Activation: no big issues, little tendency to hunch over Bridge: harmstring (especially right) and glutes doing a lot work, back arches early Bridge Segmentation: a lot less work in harmstring, arching of lower back is better controlled, core and lower back is working Breastroke: A little more feeling in the right shoulder, but works out good without big movement anywhere else, good range Back Extension: also right side is more in tence, left hip raises (almost unnoticed) Roll Down: from head till midback (thoracic part) it feels easy, then it becomes like almost stiff, if I push my lower back hardly back, i can barely round up until the hips overtakes Deadlift: I do deadlifts since years and in the last I always concentrated on pushing my lower back backwards and tighten my core, because I already noticed, that my left hip raises up and my lower back arches on left side to "check out" the lower back muscles from work. Swimming Leg: when I raised my left leg, i felt like leaned to the right a bit. I checked on the other side and noticed, that I am a lot more stabile on this side and had no need to lean. Swimming Arm: easy to do without movement in back or hips. Still feeling a little leaning to the right side when i reach my left arm, but not as hard as I did whit reached leg.

Week 2 Day 2&3
Notes before the self assessment: yesterday i had an reaction ("click") in my thoracic spine while doing "Thread the Needle + Arm Reach", after my Shoulder and Upper back was exhausted and tight due to beachvolley and gym the day before. Today i had a similar reaction like a plop in my left hip, while I was exceeding "Swimming (Arms + Legs)"
