Does anyone have a solid recommendation for a marketplace app or tool to help me fully customize the JSM customer portal look and feel. I've managed to do a little with the built in tools, but I'm being asked to get the thing to look like our full corporate style. Not sure if there's anything out there, but thought I'd ask.

Which setting is to be adjusted, as for CarSales JSM team to be able to add or adjust participants. I've opened the site, I've opened the JSM, I think it's under security scheme, this setting. And what role would I need to give them? For the moment two have servicedesk Agent, as they work with me. I have admin on the whole thing. But when these two try add a colleague or external email, it blanks out, for some reason. I will be checking the.permission helper later on. And I am going thru some more admin portal settings. Any advise? -Anyone can raise a ticket for carsale insurance quote (via email) -This anyone is adding his family. We want to sometimes change participants and or requester. Would appreciate a pointer what else to configure or adjust.

Hi everyone! We use Confluence Premium and I want to create training videos for onboarding new customers to our Atlassian apps. Can I use Loom Free tier on the same instance as our Confluence app and create, lightly edit, and embed Looms into Confluence pages OR download Looms to SharePoint and just add a link in Confluence pages to it? I took the basic Loom training and searched online but couldn't find anything about different tiers. I would assume if it's possible that Loom would be severely restricted as a Free tier.
