Hey Beach Bums, I put together a quick roadmap graphic for you. Two paths, and you only need one of them right now. Don't have your YouTube channel set up yet? Start with Roadmap 1. That's your foundation. Pick your direction, get the channel set up right, plan your first few videos, and start posting. Don't worry about products or funnels yet. Just get the channel going. Already have your channel up and running? Go to Roadmap 2. It's probably time to create and launch your first digital product. That doesn't have to be anything big. It could be your own Skool group, a workshop, a freebie funnel, a template, a mini course, whatever fits what you make videos about. Pick one problem your audience has and build the simplest thing that solves it. That's it. One roadmap, one step at a time. You don't have to build everything at once. You bought the course. They told you to go sell the course. You made maybe a sale or two, and the guru made all the money. In this one I rant a little (okay, a lot) and then lay out what's actually worked for me over 10 years: pick something you know or like, grab emails with a bridge page, promote legit products you believe in, and make YouTube content about it as often as you can. No ClickBank, no Reddit spam, no pretending you've made money when you haven't. Watch it, then drop a comment: what's the "thing" you know well enough to make content about?

I was thinking today about why I’ve managed to make money online when so many intelligent, hardworking people struggle with it. I’m not smarter than they are. I dropped out of high school, eventually got my GED, and never went to college. But I have spent nearly 40 years selling, building businesses, and figuring out what actually makes people want to work with you. About five years into my sales career, something finally clicked and that same lesson eventually helped me succeed with YouTube, affiliate marketing, and online business. I tried to explain it in this video without turning it into another pitch, funnel, or “smash the like button” speech. If you’re trying to make money online, I believe this shift matters more than almost any strategy you could learn. After you watch it, I’d love to know: Do you agree, or do you see it differently?
