When to choose ICM?
I started using ICM to steer/harness/guide AI and save on token burn immediately in my Business OS. I was pretty impressed until I realized 4 days later that what I thought was a less complicated build took a half a million tokens to create. So I spent 4 days of finding tools to do oversee/audit what AI was thinking and doing through the next build to avoid the burn. After all that I realized, well let me show you in a screenshot.
