Use ICM Folder Structure To Build An AI Receptionist Business
First... @Carla Bosteder this was for you specifically, you asked, a few more did as well...but, don't say I never gave ya' nothin'. What I am seeing: Everyone wants to lead into businesses and sell "ICM". You and I both know they need it, but it's like walking up to a woman on the first date and trying to lift up her skirt. You're going to get slapped. Business owners are the same. You need to earn trust, so just because your friends will let you take a look up there and reorganize their entire business... It's a little bit hard of an ask to a stranger. You need to position ICM Folder as a high ticket upsell to an offer. Create a quick win, solve a problem, then they will trust you forever. They will even ASK you what else you can do for them. That is what the 3 laws is about. That is what the researching is about. That is what the customer's journey highlights. It's all in the classroom.... Here's an easier win you can get for business owners missing out on business because of late calls, calls while they're busy, etc and so on. Go look up the numbers - it's a real pain. It's just files n' folders, people: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gV242QeLCw The files n' folders are going up in the classroom here. P.S. I built my front desk for my company as sassy'ish. I call her LIVE so you can hear that. The report I mention is in the description on YT and in the classroom.

Monthly or Weekly Live Calls + CRM + Software Access
This post is lengthy but I have to make sure you stick to the proper tier. If you're brand new, signing up for my VIP will be a waste of your money. I don't recommend it. There is always the free level which comes with plenty of content to help you build, market, and close more deals. Please read carefully and choose which applies to your current situation. They're designed to help the right group at the current stages of business. The next 2 levels explained: $49/month: 1) All the free stuff you already see. 2) FREE Access to all current and future paid course (right now there is only 1 paid course but all of my advanced training stuff is in production and the library will grow into $1,000s of dollars of course work) 3) I will do a monthly call that will be scheduled for 1 hour but I'm not a clock watcher, I'd rather make sure you get the value - these calls will more than likely end up being much longer than 1 hour (if people show up) - $500 a month value. If you can't take 1 hour of training with me and turn it into thousands of dollars in revenue, stick to the free tier 4) Free Access of buildmarketclose.com [Launching this month] & you will get keep access to the matching pricing tier. This will allow you to practice 10-12 calls a month (120 minutes) depending on how long your practice calls are. This will be $49 a month on it's own, included with this subscription here. 5) A free basic CRM seat in Allodra.ai - everything you need to keep track of sales activities: Pipelines, contacts, reporting, task manager, calendars, and quotes. This is not advertised to the public, right now the only thing you can do is look at the website and schedule a call. This is what powers everything you've ever seen me put out. ($49 a month value) 6)Priority Access to feedback on your current business issues - answered during the live calls. $199/month: Everything above plus... 1) 3+ hours (3 calls a month) on advanced topics for pricing, positioning, and closing deals. This is the stuff for people that currently run a business issues with marketing + pipelines & sales calls.

Quick intro + win
I'm a founder currently building an AI-related company, and I recently moved to the Seattle area partly because I wanted to be closer to the startup and founder energy here. I'm especially interested in getting better at sales. ICM is part of how I'm thinking about the sales process, but one of the main reasons I'm in this community is to sharpen the actual sales skills around it and learn from people who are much stronger in that area than I am. Tonight I went to my first real business networking event since before COVID. I wasn't there to pitch or make sales. I just wanted to start building relationships, meet founders, and get a foothold in the local community. It ended up being a great crowd with a lot of energy, and it reminded me how much I enjoy being around people who are building things. Pretty stoked to be doing business in a city with this much tech and founder activity and I am looking forward to learning sales in this community.
It's the little things that get make me happy
The foundation of a good SEO'd site is technical to start. www.filesnfolders.com is 1 week old. No "off page" SEO has been done, just a well structured site and blog. It's already getting impressions and clicks...the highest intent, people with a problem searching for a solution. Which is crazy in of it's self...it usually takes weeks to index. The update is coming :) This will be a good case study.
