Intro & ICM Basics Advice

Hey everyone, I am new to the group and really happy to be here! My name is Callem and I am based in CPT, run my own AI Agency and really excited to be in a community with smart and ambitious people!

Just wanted to ask regarding the ICM folder structure method - I basically gave as many resources from the community as I could to Claude Code, so it could build out a plan and rework my existing folder structure to align with Jake's structure in my context.

Is this the correct approach and do you have any tips and tricks or advice that will help me ensure I am building this out in the correct format.
