I started doing deep sleep breathing for 3 nights now And yesterday I went to bed in clean linen sheets and clean hair, and those are some of my favorite things to experience and make me so happy. Then I did a deep sleep session, and I slept well, was happy, and was able to have pleasant lucid dreams😁😆😌. This is very rare for me. And I feel better and happier today, too.
