"Life Is Better In The Garden"! Finally, our September community designed T-shirt is here!
I apologize for the late delivery of our September T-shirt - 'Life Is Better In The Garden". I have been under the weather and mostly in bed the last week or so. So I wasn't very on top of things. And then of course as I get better and get organized to launch our September Tshirt, the tech goblins decided to have some fun. They had so much fun I had to get help in stopping their shenanigans. With all that commotion, I have finally been able to launch our community Tshirt. As usual, we have a week to get our orders in. Thank you for your help in creating it as well as your patience with me these last couple of weeks. ❤️ Life Is Better In The Garden

Kale Update
A couple of weeks ago, Cabbage worms stripped my Kale down to the veins. I cut everything back to the main stalk and dipped it in a bucket of soapy water. I also cut back the parsley growing next to it back to 2 inches above the soil level. The good news: It seems to have worked. Both the kale and the parsley are coming back. I almost always harvest parsley this way anyway. I expected the kale to come back as well. The bad news: Something keeps nibbling off the budding kale leaves. We have ground hogs, rabbits, and squirrels. I have some empty milk crates now, so I'm put them upside down over it. We will find out if it is squirrels or the bigger fur balls. Always an adventure.
My babies❤️
I start my morning with coffee and sitting with my lovely plants they are beautiful and comforting.

Garden tribe
I started indoor gardening when I was 18. I grew four pothos plants up to six feet long and hung them over my dorm window as curtains. Fifty years later, I now have over a 100 houseplants and two outdoor gardens. Few people relate to my love of outdoor container gardening and houseplants. With this group, I know I have found my tribe.
