Sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s okay. I worked an 84-hour week, which meant my gym time was limited. Instead of letting that stop me, I adjusted my approach and aimed for close to 20K steps a day to make up for the lack of cardio. I didn’t hit 20K every day, but I still exceeded 10K by thousands of steps every single day. It may not have been the perfect week, but I kept moving forward. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect to count. Some progress is always better than no progress. Keep showing up, keep adapting, and keep moving forward.
