Residential Addresses Are Live
Quick update: Cloud Residents residential addresses are now live at cloudresidents.com I attached a short demo video so you can see how the dashboard works. This is a virtual mailbox service built on real US residential addresses directly sourced from real residents/tenants in the United States. No PO Box. No CMRA. No notary or form 1583. Just basic digital KYC, then you manage everything from a fully self-service dashboard. Current address availability is in Ohio and Nevada, and more states will be added soon. A few important details: • Every mail item is logged with an envelope photo • You can open and scan, forward, bundle, or discard mail • Realtime Telegram and email notifications • Address lease agreement documents may be available soon for approved applicants • Shipping rates are heavily discounted through negotiated carrier rates For example, a DHL envelope from the US to Turkey shows around USD 126+ directly on DHL, but through our negotiated rates same shipment is about USD 35. Pricing: • USD 999 yearly • USD 299 quarterly • USD 99/year business name add-on Paid premium members will receive USD 10% off the yearly & quarterly address plan, and this discount will continue as long as they stay premium. DM @Ain - Cloud Resident to redeem it once you receive your invitation. Because each residential address has limited capacity, invitations will go out in small batches to people on the waitlist first. If you already joined the waitlist, keep an eye on your inbox. Once you receive an invite, accept it before it expires, otherwise the next person in line may get the spot. You can join the waitlist or see more details here: cloudresidents.com question in the comments.

Quick Win: Mercury IO Card 💳
Just got approved for the Mercury IO credit card, so sharing the datapoint in case it helps someone here. It’s basically a charge card (not a traditional revolving credit card) with 1.5% cashback, and the balance is automatically deducted from your Mercury account. My approval details: • $2,500 monthly limit • Instant approval • Took literally 2 clicks inside the Mercury dashboard From what I understand, if you already have a Mercury account, the main requirement is keeping around $15k+ balance in the account. But the reason I was interested in it isn’t really the cashback or the limit. The big value is that Mercury IO reports to all 3 business bureaus (D&B, Experian Business, and Equifax Business), which can help build your business credit profile. Since my current goal is simply to build visibility and reporting history for the business, this looked like a useful tradeline to add. Thought I’d share the datapoint in case others here are considering it.

Card likely inside?
Small but useful CloudResidents update. After getting feedback from members using the address service, I added a new tag on the mail details page: Card likely inside When a mail piece arrives, our address operator will now do a light bend check on the sealed envelope to see if there may be a card inside, without opening the mail. This is not a guarantee, and it does not confirm what type of card is inside. It could be a credit card, debit card, membership card, ID-style card, or another card-shaped item. But this should make things easier, especially if you recently applied for a credit card and are waiting for it to arrive. Many US cards are sent in plain or unmarked envelopes, so from the outside you usually cannot tell if there is a card inside or not. Now, if we detect that a mail piece likely has a card, you may start seeing this tag on your mail details page, plus in your Telegram & email notifications. It should give you a little more confidence when you are expecting an important card in the mail. Also coming next to CloudResidents: - Send physical mail within the US by uploading PDF documents - Send fax documents to US numbers. i.e. Banks - Buy discounted shipping labels, up to 80% off (kinda) These upcoming features will be available to anyone with a CloudResidents account. You will not need to purchase the address service just to use them. What do you need next? 👇👇

Pre-approved for first US CC
Hey all, I thought I'd document my first steps in this post. My goal in being here as a premium member is to get a few US bank accounts set up from abroad for my business. Like many of you I imagine, I discovered Taxsym and this group via Reddit. I was having a hell of a time getting my local IRS approved tax agent to get the ball rolling with my ITIN application, so Taxsym got me sorted with that, which was absolutely stellar service. I also signed up for the address and mailing services with Cloud Residents and have ordered a lease document for my future needs. Ain was patient in giving advice via DM. I think he might be a wizard. This is definitely one of the best reasons to be a premium member IMO. It is so reassuring to know that within reason I can reach out to make sure I'm on the right track. Anyway, I got pre-approved for my first US CC today and am excited to start building my credit score. I'm just waiting on their request to verify my documents. I followed the instructions for the Capital One card in premium. Per the instructions, I was knocked back on my first go, then waited 48 hours and was golden. I ended up using this link to complete the process though based on Ain's advice, to make sure the offer was with the Mastercard network and not Discovery. https://www.mastercard.com/us/en/personal/find-a-card/credit-card/issuers/capital-one.html I'll continue to share here as I progress with things. Hopefully I'll have a bank account in a few months time, all going well.

Business Funding
Hi guys, I need some business funding. My personal credit score has Capital One Platinum $200 for almost 3 years and an Amex BCE $5k for a month. Perfect history, no inquiries. What business credit sequence should I follow and what tips do you suggest to better chances of approval and highest limits possible? I have an LLC since 2023 no revenue. Thank you!
