How to Proceed with Unethical Buyer
Question... I had a show and messed up the shipping for a first-time customer. I believe it was isolated mistake to just two items that possibly got swapped during bagging. It was just a $5 item. I deeply apologized to her for the mistake and told her to put in a request for refund. There was no way for me to get it back. She bought 4 items (she did get 4 items one which was wrong and a free gift that I give all my customers). The other customer who may have gotten her item is a reseller who bought 20+ items and probably thought nothing of it (her purchase was also $5). But again, I am not certain if she was the one who actually got it out of the 31 shipments I had for that show. I offered if she were to attend my show again, that I would give her a complimentary piece of jewelry for my mistake and to please continue for the request for refund for the $5 item. She then went on a rant that I probably did because I did not get what I wanted for the item and did send it, etc. I told her that I was offended by her accusation and that was certainly not the case, that in 7000 items I have only messed up twice like this and my reviews speak for themselves. I looked and saw that she put in a refund request but not for the $5 item she was missing but for the most expensive item she bought which was a $26 item claiming it was missing from shipment (other 3 were $5 items) and it seemed to go through. Obviously, there are email communications about this incident, and I am more upset that she lied to WhatNot and she got away with it. Do I say something to her that I know what she did calling her out, let it go or should I report it to WhatNot? I have blocked her. UGH

More than 1 whatnot account?
Hi friends. To the quick-is one allowed to have multiple whatnot accounts? Meaning, one for Jules and one for other?
Tough Skin
Sometimes it takes tough skin. I work very hard in this business and when someone gives me 4 stars across the board without any explanation. It is a bit upsetting. I gave her a great deal on a nice piece of jewelry and didn’t even use one of my recycled boxes, I shipped next day. I wrote a handwritten Thank you in the packing slip. (I did not leave gifts in the box.) I guess it’s not enough for some. I am Open to criticism. I guess I need to add cute extras to packages? I did write a “soft note” asking for suggestions or preferences. I guess I can’t make everyone happy. ( She apparently has not been around whatnot long by the looks of her account. ) Not feeling like I am having tough skin at the moment.
