Based on advice, I put Healing Isn't Your Job on a free Kindle promotion two days ago. As of this morning, it's sitting at:
- #1 in Chronic Pain
- #1 in Pain Management
- #1 in New Age Mental & Spiritual Healing
- (#1,605 across the entire free Kindle store)
To be clear about what that actually means: these are the free Kindle charts, not the paid ones. It’s a different list, but it matters for a different reason.
But what it does mean is that hundreds of people who had never heard of me now have this book open on their phone—people in pain, at 3 AM, looking for something to help. That is the part I care about.
And that happened because of this community. People here downloaded it, told a friend, and shared it in their own groups. Nobody paid for an ad—you did that.
