Pinterest works more like a search engine than a traditional social media feed. A Pin you publish today can continue getting discovered weeks or even months later.
So instead of constantly deleting Pins that don't immediately perform, keep publishing, watch your analytics, and give your content time to circulate.
The more quality Pins you create, the more opportunities you give Pinterest to connect your book with the right readers.
