Greetings from Cape Town

My name is Josh.

I am a health coach. Although I initially studied medicine and qualified as a doctor in South Africa, I left that and transitioned to what I do now. I am able to do work that better aligns with my values as an independent health coach.

I'm in this community because I am in the nascent stage of expanding my business to serve more people, and want to learn how to approach email marketing. I have never used Threads or Meta ads, so I'm looking forward to learning more about that, too.

I am in this community specifically because I came across it in newsletter by Kieran Drew and he puts out good stuff; because I like Kevin's writing; and because he responded to an email I sent.

We are alive so short, and dead so very long, that it seems a pity to spend what little time we have in a poor state of health. Without your health and vitality, you have nothing. It is the foundation upon which a meaningful and fulfilling life is built.

My parting message is this: wherever you are, watch the sun rise tomorrow
