Same domain, different ESP?

Has anyone used their older domains to create inboxes in a different ESP?

For example- one of my doubt is whether i should use my old .com domains (previously used for MS inboxes) to create Google mailboxes

Or vice versa

Has anyone tried it? And what was your experience in terms of deliverability
