Claude Code and Cowork for clients

I would love to hear how others are navigating the use for Claude Code and Cowork for client work. I love playing with the whole Claude ecosystem tools to run my business . But most of my clients are not interested in learning to use Claude Code to build and leverage skills, update claude.md files, etc. So I've been considering how to teach them enough to build their own skills and projects but to use Chat and Cowork as the interface for using everything.

How have others been handing this? Are you actually teaching clients to use Code to run their business? Or just building applications and automations for them and then any time they need changes they need to come back to you. Or something else
