Last week I ran an audit call with a real estate investor. I recorded it, asked a lot of questions, and gave no solutions on the call. Today I walk him through the Roadmap I built from it: 11 AI agents in phases, each with a price and estimated hours saved, plus a live page where he can add or remove agents and watch the cost and payback update.
His number one ask was "don't add another tool on top," so I'm opening with what we'll remove.
Any tips for closing a first proposal call?
