I have a confusion

Someone told me this on linkedin recently: reach out to incubator and accelerator networks and offer a free consulting to their entrepreneurs. Those networks like working with businesses that can give their founders a free or low-cost service.

I like the idea. I’ve tried finding those networks on LinkedIn, and the results haven’t been great.

So I’m asking here. How do you find the people who run these programs and actually get a reply? I’m looking for whoever decides which services get offered to the founders, and I don’t know yet where those people spend their time.

Who inside the network is the right person to talk to?

Where did you find them when LinkedIn didn’t work?
