Is my outreach wrong ?

Hey, everybody. I have a question about outreach. I'm doing it through instagram. I find a person who teaches business in a certain field through him I find businesses in that field. First I write some kind of compliment and then I ask how many customers they have in a month. And then I wait for a response. Then I say my offer. Listen, I help car dealers and tuning companies increase sales and attract more customers with smart chatbots, automated marketing and personalized advertising strategies without cold calling or cold Email.

if it doesn't work I don't get paid.

But the responses are low and I don't get customers. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
