Is texting leads acceptable??

I am not a very talkative person, so it's naturally hard for me to randomly call leads in order to book a demp/consultation, What I am great at is explaining things clearly, so I gravitate towards sending texts and I attach a demo link in the text itself. Some people told me that this is a bad practice, I beg to differ but I would love to get your opinion on this and did you ever land a client through cold outreaches, I know warm outreach is all the rage but honestly after scratching my head I really couldn't find a business owner in my network, I may need to look harder no doubt.

I am also open to collaborating with you guys, I have experience in n8n+integrations, retell, vapi claude and custom agentic workflows
