Someone please help me in this 🙏🏻

I wanna build a bot. And the flow of bot should be like this -

1. The bot will greet the user.

2. The bot will collect the leads and store it in a Google sheet.

3. The bot will guide the user to take decisions-

(Take a scenario, there is a IT company which is selling different products like phone, tablets, laptops...... Now we have to guide the user to buy a product) so the flow will be like

BOT : Hy thanks for visiting our company. Before we start, what's your name? Email and phone number?

USER REPLY : Yash, [email protected], +0123456789

BOT : Great Yash, what are you looking for?

1- phones

2- tablets

3- laptops

USER : Phones

BOT : Which brand do you prefer?

1- Samsung

2- Vivo

3- Oppo

USER : Vivo

BOT : what is your budget?

1- less than 1000$

2- less than 1500$

3- less than 2000$

-If the user clicks the button "Less than 1000$" then the bot will analyse the Airtable database and look at the Vivo phone which is less than 1000$ (the bot can show more than 1 result here).

So how I can do this? I can collect leads and store them but how can I connect Airtable in the way that if the user click on a specific button then the bot will analyse the Airtable database and will show the result accordingly?
