Twilio voice agent help!!

I live in India and want to call Indian numbers through Vapi using Twilio but i cannot because it shows my number is unverfied but when i check it on the twilio website it says the number is verified but when i run the automation of voice agent on make it says the number is unverified and they cannot make the call, can anybody help me with this or tell me where i can solve this problem?
