How are you actually "practising" coaching?

I've been I told multiple times both within this community / program and outside of it that you can't just learn coaching by watching videos and reading a book, you actually have to practice it. So I was wondering: how are you guys getting this practice in?

Are you practicing with each other?

Is there a thread somewhere that I missed or a module I haven't gotten to yet that talks more about this?

Are you doing these calls mainly through audio like a phone call, or using discord, or through video using something like zoom or Google meets?

Curious how other people have approached this and what you've learned!
