SEPT 28 DAY CHALLENGE - Daily Dones Accountability post
This is this month's challenge (Starts on the 1st and finishes on the 28th, but you can join in whenever you want) =============================================== THIS MONTH'S CHALLENGE (Actions) 🍗 Consume 1 portion of protein in your first meal of the day. - The majority of people's protein intake is very low, and breakfast seems to be the meal that challenges people the most. Aim for 20 - 40g 💪🏻 📝 Post in the Daily Done - This is the ultimate consistency challenge. Post a picture of a positive action or your tracker and what you have done for the day =============================================== IMPORTANT NOTICE - this post doesn’t close on the 28th. Keep posting your daily dones in here right through to the end of the month. (Unless the month only has 28 days) A new challenge & new post goes up on the 1st; this one gets replaced then, not before. =============================================== As always, feel free to choose what you want to focus on if our suggestions don’t tickle your pickle 😊👍🏻 YOU CAN JOIN AT ANY TIME - if you’ve missed the start, it doesn’t matter; something is better than nothing BE SPECIFIC - “I’m going to walk more every day” is NOT specific. “Every morning at 6.30 am I’m going to walk for 15 minutes outside” is specific Use the tracker provided (link is in the Resources & Tools section in the classroom) or create and use your own ACTION TO TAKE NOW - Comment below what you will be doing for the next 28 days - whether that’s following our suggestion, doing your own or a bit of both The purpose of this post is for you to share your Daily Dones 👇🏻 ✅ Pictures of whatever you are doing (Food, sweaty selfies, chugging back some water, etc) ✅ Screenshot of your Tracker ✅ Daily check-in to say what went well (celebrate those wins) ✅ Ask questions (related to the challenge)

You’ve just done what most midlifers stuck in the Comfort Trap don’t do... Take action. High five for that. Talking of action, let's start now 👇 ✅ DO THESE THINGS RIGHT NOW 1. Introduce yourself below. Tell us your name, where you’re from, why you’re here and your favourite 90s movie 2. Turn your notifications ON in here so you don’t miss what’s happening. (Make sure to enable notifications from the Skool app on your phone too) 3. Go to the Getting Started course in the classroom and go through it 4. It's never too late to get involved in the '28 day get shit done challenge', so even if you have joined the community halfway through the month, you can still take part - click here to find out how - CLICK ME 5. Got questions? Please post them in the questions tab, and we will answer them as soon as we can. 6. We are all about celebrating wins in here, no matter how small they are, so make sure you share yours in the Share your wins tab 🧠 THE ONE IDEA EVERYTHING HERE IS BUILT ON JDS = Just Do Something, Just Don’t Stop. Something is always better than sod all. Miss a day, fine, you go again tomorrow. Aim to never miss two in a row. That’s it, that’s the whole game, and it’s the thing that actually gets people from Comfort Trapped to Old Skool. See you in the comments. Bjorn & James P.S Here's that high five for being here

Supplements
Delivery day! Been taking creatine for a while and really rate it for helping with my fatigue, had to stop it earlier in the year and definitely noticed a difference. Collagen is new to me today! Hoping for a good protein hit and some other benefits! What are your go-to supplements?

If you lick it log it
During my build phase, I would have absolutely had a cheeky little lick of something I would be making for my little girl and in all honesty I wouldn't have logged it. 😬 Did I go to lick it..? Absolutely not 💪🏻 I made a commitment to myself during my cut phase and I want to smash it. 😁 Every little lick adds up! Haha I had originally wrote this in chit chat and after writting this I realised this is an actual win so moved it! lol

How do you eat yours?
Eggs are a definite go to for me. So many things you can do with them & literally perfect for anytime of the day, breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a little snack boost. 😋 Great little source of protein and fats & also brilliant if prepping, giving them a life span of 7 days with shells left on in the fridge. Poached are my all time fav then scrambled and boiled How do you eat yours?
