Nimiq pay deserves push notification feature.

I reckon that Nimiq pay used webview to allow users navigate various sites, and payments only gets to be notified which is sufficient. But as apps keep growing and users keeps growing, some of these apps require the retention of users.

There is a walk around, using micropayment to trigger the notification but does not suffice. Sometimes the notification are not hitting the phone's notification bar.

I think Nimiq pay deserves that push notification feature.
