We closed on 200 units!

We closed the 200-unit today. And naturally, I got more emails from you guys finding deals or needing underwriting assistance than I've had in the last 3 months. I'm going to try to knock them all out tonight, but if you do not get a response from me, you guys are too successful on the same day that I was super successful.

So, to everyone, congratulations on all the success. For Christian,...I will be up late tonight!
