SUNDAY RUNNING RESET
Before another week begins, take five minutes today to decide what your training will actually look like.
Not the perfect week.
Not the week you’d complete if work was quiet, you slept brilliantly, and nothing unexpected happened.
Your real week.
Think about:
✅ Which days you can realistically run
✅ The purpose of each session
✅ Where strength work will fit
✅ Which run matters most this week
✅ When you’ll need to prioritise recovery
A simple plan you can follow is far more valuable than an ambitious plan that falls apart by Wednesday.

Writing it down won’t guarantee a perfect week, but it makes it far more likely that you’ll train with purpose rather than simply fitting in random runs whenever you can.
