👣 How Do I Move Forward?
(with apologies to Elizabeth Barrett Browning) How do I move forward? Let me count the ways. I move when first I name the thing I fear, And cease to wait until the road seems clear, Or certainty illuminates my days. I move by questioning the old delays, The whispered doubts I once allowed too near; By choosing one small step, then persevering here, And trusting action more than perfect ways. I move when purpose calls me from my chair, When those I might yet serve outweigh my doubt, When "someday" yields to "now," and I begin. No map need show me everywhere or where The winding road may ultimately come out; I move by moving. That is how I win. — Stephen B. Henry

When did I stop making my own life a priority?
That question hit me hard this week. I spent the week helping other people. Some things were necessary. Some were commitments. Some happened because I felt obligated. And then Friday came. I realized I hadn't done anything for my business all week. My first reaction was to beat myself up. I started wondering how I could expect other people to take my business seriously when I wasn't protecting the time I needed to build it. Then I realized something: Their importance doesn't require my unimportance. I can love people AND have boundaries. I can help people AND protect my time. I can be there for someone else without automatically putting myself at the bottom of my own list. That's a pivot I need to make. Maybe you do too. When was the last time you asked yourself: "Where am I on my own priority list?" You matter. Your goals matter. Your purpose matters. And sometimes rising means finally deciding that you matter too. 💜 Rising isn't optional—it's who we are. #StillRising #PhoenixRising #PivotWithPurpose #RiseAnyway #YouMatterToo #Boundaries #PurposeOverObligation

I Didn't Plan This LIfe........
Have you ever looked around at your life and thought... "This isn't what I planned." I have. I never planned to join the Army. I never planned to become a realtor. I never planned to move back to Kansas. I definitely never planned to become a life coach. But every unexpected turn taught me something I couldn't have learned any other way. Looking back, I can see that what felt like detours were actually the roads leading me to my purpose. Maybe you're feeling like your life has gone off course. Maybe your plans didn't work out. Maybe you're wondering if it's too late to start over. What if your life isn't falling apart? What if it's simply unfolding differently than you imagined? Sometimes God's greatest plans begin where ours end. 💙 I'd love to know... What is one unexpected turn in your life that ended up teaching you something valuable? #PivotWithPurpose #StillRising #LifeTransitions #PurposeAfterPain #FaithOverFear #UnexpectedBlessings #MilitaryVeteran #LifeCoach #PersonalGrowth #GodsPlan #HopeAfterHardship #RiseAnyway

Take That Next Right Step
Have you ever looked back and realized the biggest changes in your life started with one small decision? Mine did. 🚭 Quitting smoking so I could learn to run. ⛪ Walking into church one Sunday morning. 📚 Deciding to become a life coach at 55. None of those decisions felt life-changing at the time. They simply felt like the next right step. Looking back now, I can see God was using every small choice to lead me toward the purpose He had planned for me all along. Maybe you're waiting for one big moment to change your life. What if your breakthrough isn't one giant leap? What if it's one small decision... today? Take the step. Make the call. Say the prayer. Start the class. Never underestimate what God can do with one faithful decision. 💙 What's one small decision you can make today that your future self will thank you for? #PivotWithPurpose #StillRising #SmallStepsBigChange #PurposeDrivenLife #FaithOverFear #LifeAfter50 #PersonalGrowth #TransformationJourney #ChristianEncouragement #OneStepAtATime

What If Your Strength Isn't What You Thought It Was?
Sometimes we spend years looking for our greatest strength... Only to discover it was there all along. I used to think my strength was taking care of people. Then I thought it was leading soldiers. But after looking back over my life, I realized something. My greatest strength wasn't caring for people. It wasn't leadership. It was resilience. Every setback. Every disappointment. Every time life knocked me down... I got back up. Maybe your greatest strength isn't what you think it is either. Maybe it's the courage to keep going when everything tells you to quit. 💙 Today's Challenge: Ask yourself this question: What has carried me through every difficult season of my life? The answer might reveal the strength God has been building in you all along. #StillRising #PivotWithPurpose #Resilience #StrengthWithin #LifeAfter50 #PersonalGrowth #FaithOverFear #PurposeDrivenLife #Transformation #RiseAnyway
