Hey!

Hey everyone, my name is Rich. The first time I picked up a bass was in 1977.....yeah I'm old! I played all through the '80's and some of the '90's. Always in a band, some that got close to signing but you know how that goes. I got away from playing for quite some time. I got back into it about 4 years ago. Why am I here? I feel you never stop learning. There's always something you can pick up. A lot of my playing now is original music within different genres. I'm looking to be more creative in coming up with bass parts and really "using" the fretboard.

I also want to say thanks to Murphy. We had great chat awhile back and he said he had an idea for this type of community. Thanks Murphy for reaching out.
