Let’s make this ridiculously simple.
No journal.
No 12-step process.
No sitting cross-legged on a mountain waiting for enlightenment. 😂
Just 60 seconds.
Stop.
Breathe.
Look around.
Notice your body.
Notice your thoughts.
Notice your emotional weather.
And then ask yourself:
“What is true for me right now?”
That’s it.
You don’t have to fix it.
You don’t have to explain it.
You don’t have to figure out what it means.
And for the love of all things holy, you don’t need to immediately make a plan to “work on yourself.” 😉
Just notice.
Maybe you’re tired.
Maybe you’re pissed off.
Maybe you’re excited.
Maybe you have absolutely no freaking clue what you’re feeling.
All of it is information.
Then take what you noticed and return to your day.
That’s the practice.
Not getting it “right.”
Not becoming more self-aware by Thursday.
Not performing personal growth like it’s another damn achievement badge.
Just returning.Again.
And again.
And again.
Because practices change us—not because we do them perfectly, but because we keep coming back to ourselves. ❤️🩹
