New Here? Introduce Yourself 💜🩵
What Happens After You Notice?
You've been noticing. The pattern. The resentment. The “should.” The thing that lights you up. The thing you keep avoiding. Now what? 🤨 Noticing something doesn't mean you have to DO something about it immediately. 👂 Sometimes the most radical thing you can do is let the truth sit there without arguing with it. 💜 “I don't want this.” “I want more.” “I'm tired.” “I'm ready.” “I have no idea.” 🩵 No decision required. Choose one thing you've noticed recently and practice not negotiating with it. Then tell us: What happens inside you when you stop trying to talk yourself out of what you know? 🗣️
What Are You Seeing Now? 🧭
Two weeks of Awareness. 💝 So… what are you noticing? Maybe you’ve caught yourself repeating a pattern you didn’t see before. Maybe you’ve heard a small, persistent truth that keeps whispering, “Hey. Over here.” 👀 Maybe you’re noticing what gives you energy—and what quietly sucks the life out of you. Maybe you’ve finally spotted a “should” you’ve been carrying around that was never actually yours. Or maybe… nothing dramatic happened. No epiphany. No lightning bolt. No sudden desire to quit your job, sell your house, and move to Bali. 😂 That counts, too. Because Awareness isn’t a grand reveal. It’s not about suddenly having yourself all figured out. It’s about becoming a little more honest with yourself. A little more curious. A little less willing to bullshit yourself about what you already know. 😉 And that’s where things start to get interesting. Awareness is our first Way of Returning—but it’s not a box to check and move on from. It’s a place we can return to again and again. 🧭 So let’s pause here. If you’re already part of the Community, tell us: What are you seeing more clearly today than you were two weeks ago? Big or small. Profound or ridiculously ordinary. There’s no right answer. You don’t have to have it figured out. You just have to be willing to look. ❤️

Practice: The 60-Second Return 🧭
Let’s make this ridiculously simple. No journal. No 12-step process. No sitting cross-legged on a mountain waiting for enlightenment. 😂 Just 60 seconds. Stop. Breathe. Look around. Notice your body. Notice your thoughts. Notice your emotional weather. And then ask yourself: “What is true for me right now?” That’s it. You don’t have to fix it. You don’t have to explain it. You don’t have to figure out what it means. And for the love of all things holy, you don’t need to immediately make a plan to “work on yourself.” 😉 Just notice. Maybe you’re tired. Maybe you’re pissed off. Maybe you’re excited. Maybe you have absolutely no freaking clue what you’re feeling. All of it is information. Then take what you noticed and return to your day. That’s the practice. Not getting it “right.” Not becoming more self-aware by Thursday. Not performing personal growth like it’s another damn achievement badge. Just returning.Again. And again. And again. Because practices change us—not because we do them perfectly, but because we keep coming back to ourselves. ❤️‍🩹

Practice: The 60-Second Return 🧭
🌿 Awareness is here: Begin Where You Are
Something new is waiting for you inside the Classroom. Our first Radical Unbecoming Community practice is LIVE: Begin Where You Are The Practice of Noticing And we're starting exactly where we should: with Awareness. Not awareness as another thing to master. Not another personality assessment. Not a quiz about how self-aware you are. 😉 Just the practice of paying attention to what's already happening inside you. What are you saying yes to? What are you avoiding? Where do you feel most like yourself? Where do you notice yourself automatically doing the thing you always do? And what happens when, instead of immediately judging or fixing it, you simply think: Huh. Interesting. That's where we're beginning. Inside the module, you'll find a very simple practice to try over the next few days: Notice → Pause → Get Curious That's it. And here's the important part: You don't have to have completed the Compass to participate. If you've already done it, you'll have an opportunity to return to your Homecoming Letter and notice what feels different now. If you haven't done it yet, you're still completely welcome to begin here. There is no catching up. No falling behind. No gold star for doing it “right.” Just begin where you are. 🌿 👉 Head into the Classroom and start with “Begin Where You Are.” And then come back here and tell us: What's something you've noticed about yourself lately? It doesn't have to be profound. It doesn't have to make sense. It doesn't even have to be something you're ready to change. Just something you noticed. I'll go first. 👇
