The Workflow Builder lets you automate Skool events without leaving the platform — pick a trigger, chain one or more actions, save the rule, and the server fires it for you 24/7. No external automation tool, no permanently open browser, no missed events while your laptop is asleep — the rules run server-side on a 30-second poll cycle, and every fire shows up in a per-rule log directly inside Skool Extensions.

Thirteen triggers cover the full Skool surface: new DM, new notification, new group-chat message, new community member, pending join request, card declined, member cancelling, member cancelled, member left, member tier change, daily member-activity threshold, live call starting (with configurable lead time), and scheduled time — once, daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom interval. Triggers that operate on a community (e.g. new member) accept multiple community slugs at once via a comma-separated list, so one rule can cover all your communities at the same time.

Seven action types are wired in: send a DM as you, send a self-notification DM, fire a webhook, fire a fully-configurable HTTP request (with method, headers, query parameters, and body), create a post in a community, send an email, and accept a pending join request. Chain as many actions per rule as you want. A "Wait for reply" step between two DM actions lets you set how many hours to give the user before the follow-up fires — and the second DM auto-skips if the user replies inside the window. Proper drip-style follow-up without external tools.

Every rule has a Test button. Click it and the server pulls a live sample from Skool (the latest DM, the most recent member request, your real upcoming live calls) and runs your rule against it. Destructive actions — sending a real DM, accepting a real join request — show a preview first and only fire after you confirm. Webhooks and HTTP requests fire immediately and carry an "X-Skool-Ext-Test: 1" header so your downstream system can recognize and ignore them. Each test writes one row in the per-rule log so you see exactly what happened, including the full request/response and the skip reason if the condition didn't match.

Once you accumulate more than a handful of rules, the Rules tab lets you group them into folders. Drag a rule onto a folder header to file it; folders stay collapsed or expanded across sessions. Six ready-made templates ship out of the box — Welcome DM to new members, Auto-reply to new DMs, Accept join requests by keyword, Live-call reminder via webhook, Card declined → self-notification, and a daily recap at 18:00 — one click drops a template into your rule list as a starting point. Rules can be exported as JSON and re-imported on another account. Premium-gated; the panel sits in the Quick Panel Bar like any other premium tool.

Der Workflow Builder automatisiert Skool-Events, ohne dass du die Plattform verlässt — Trigger auswählen, eine oder mehrere Actions verketten, Regel speichern, der Server feuert sie 24/7 für dich. Keine externe Automatisierungs-Plattform, kein dauerhaft offener Browser, keine verpassten Events, während dein Laptop schläft — die Regeln laufen serverseitig in einem 30-Sekunden-Polling-Zyklus, und jeden Fire siehst du in einem pro-Regel-Log direkt in Skool Extensions.

Dreizehn Trigger decken die volle Skool-Oberfläche ab: neue DM, neue Notification, neue Group-Chat-Nachricht, neues Community-Mitglied, ausstehende Beitritts-Anfrage, Card-Declined, Mitglied kündigt, Mitglied gekündigt, Mitglied verlassen, Tier-Wechsel, Tages-Aktivitäts-Schwelle, Live-Call beginnt (mit konfigurierbarer Vorlaufzeit), und geplante Zeit — einmalig, täglich, wöchentlich, monatlich oder Custom-Intervall. Trigger, die auf einer Community arbeiten (z.B. neues Mitglied), akzeptieren mehrere Community-Slugs gleichzeitig per Komma-getrennter Liste — so deckt eine einzige Regel alle deine Communities gleichzeitig ab.

Sieben Action-Typen sind eingebaut: DM in deinem Namen senden, Self-Notification-DM, Webhook feuern, vollständig konfigurierbarer HTTP-Request (mit Methode, Headern, Query-Parametern und Body), Post in einer Community erstellen, E-Mail senden, und ausstehende Beitritts-Anfrage akzeptieren. Beliebig viele Actions pro Regel verketten. Ein „Warten auf Antwort"-Step zwischen zwei DM-Aktionen lässt dich einstellen, wie viele Stunden der User Zeit zum Antworten hat — und die zweite DM überspringt sich automatisch, wenn er innerhalb des Fensters antwortet. Echtes Drip-Style-Follow-up ohne externe Tools.

Jede Regel hat einen Test-Button. Klick, und der Server holt sich ein Live-Sample aus Skool (die neueste DM, der aktuellste Member-Request, deine echten anstehenden Live-Calls) und lässt deine Regel dagegen laufen. Destruktive Actions — eine echte DM senden, einen echten Beitritts-Request akzeptieren — zeigen erst eine Vorschau und feuern nur nach Bestätigung. Webhooks und HTTP-Requests feuern sofort und tragen einen „X-Skool-Ext-Test: 1"-Header, damit dein Downstream-System sie erkennen und ignorieren kann. Jeder Test schreibt eine Zeile ins pro-Regel-Log — du siehst genau, was passiert ist, inklusive vollem Request/Response und Skip-Grund, falls die Bedingung nicht griff.

Sobald du mehr als eine Handvoll Regeln hast, lassen sich diese im Rules-Tab in Ordner gruppieren. Eine Regel auf einen Folder-Header droppen — und sie ist drin; Ordner bleiben über Sessions hinweg expanded oder collapsed. Sechs fertige Vorlagen sind ab Werk dabei — Willkommens-DM für neue Members, Auto-Antwort auf neue DMs, Beitritts-Requests per Keyword akzeptieren, Live-Call-Reminder per Webhook, Card-Declined → Self-Notification, und ein tägliches Recap um 18:00 — ein Klick legt eine Vorlage als Startpunkt in deiner Regel-Liste an. Regeln lassen sich auch als JSON exportieren und auf einem anderen Account wieder importieren. Premium-gated; das Panel sitzt in der Schnellzugriff-Leiste wie jedes andere Premium-Tool.
