Stop building your AI team backward
Most builders I know (me included) jump straight to the fancy stuff. Chief of Staff bot. Marketing bot. Ops bot. It feels productive until you're reviewing five drafts and still wondering what to post in your own community. I've been testing the opposite. Pick one recurring job you already do. Give it to one AI teammate. Give it a budget. Review the run. That's it. Not ten agents. Not a course. One Job Card you can actually grade KEEP, FIX, or KILL after you use it. Stuff that fits a Nerds community without getting weird: - Weekly pulse on what's heating up vs dead - Welcome draft when someone joins - Which posts actually started conversations - A few next-post ideas from the real feed - Quiet members you might want to check in with I don't want the AI contacting people for me. It drafts. I decide. Human approval is the system. Don't start with bots. Start with jobs. I'm opening AI Teammate Lab free for the first 20 people so a small group can run First Shift with me before this goes paid. After that, paid. 200,000+ Ads Promoting You
Skool News #76 was basically Growth Boost V2 putting on the lab coat. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀: - Growth tab is live - Partnership ads are unlocking - Video ads are coming for top performers - 200,000+ custom creatives are getting generated - Your cover image is now basically ad DNA 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: if your packaging is clear, Skool can cook. If your about page is vague, the algorithm is staring into the void with a clipboard. Also, major reminder from the episode: Be your own boost first. Growth Boost boosts momentum. It does not babysit empty rooms. Full breakdown here: https://skool-nerds.vercel.app/p/200000-ads-promoting-you-skool-news-76.html

The Qualified Member Path Toolkit is live!
It gives coaches and consultants 30 guided AI prompts, a Google Sheets Growth Hub, and four no-code workflow maps for attracting better-fit free Skool members and guiding qualified people toward paid offers. The Qualified Member Path Toolkit With everything that's been promoted on Skool News I realized that us Free and Freemium community owners are being left out a bit. If you don't opt into growth boost you may not really get noticed at all any more. I went through all of my transcripts from coaching sessions, the analytics from all of the communities I've been helping grow over the past year and developed an easy to follow toolkit that are designed around you. Most free communities do not need more random content. They need a clearer answer to four questions: - Who is this for? - What problem does it help solve? - What should a new member do first? - When does paid help make sense? That is the idea behind The Qualified Member Path Toolkit: Clarify → Invite → Activate → Upgrade 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝘀: - 30 guided AI prompts - A 30-minute positioning sprint - A Google Sheets Growth Hub - A 90-minute weekly operating routine - Four optional no-code workflow maps - Manual alternatives for every automation - Ethical upgrade and follow-up scripts It is designed for coaches and consultants running free or freemium Skool communities. No complicated funnel. No mass messaging. No unreviewed AI outreach. $19 one time and you can use it over and over! Get it today and Start Finding Your Path

Accepting people into your community
Any advice on how to know if a person is legit ? Everyone I get that wants to join my community seems questionable in some way and I end up not approving them. How do I know if they are legit and safe. Like this person is from the United Kingdom and follows 68 people but has not followers but yet claims to be someone who helps people build their skool communities. Show I be skeptical ? Also no profile pic Charlotte Romy @charlotte-romy-2979 Skool Community Expert I help community owners grow, boost engagement, improve structure, and build thriving communities that deliver results.
