Why do I Care??
There are days I feel overwhelmed and exhausted because I not only work my way through my own evolution, but I share that for the benefit of others. I saw this graphic this morning and it helped me see the darkness I have just come through, in a new light. I DID ask for more. I said I was ready for ALL of it. I said I wanted to be a vessel for the gods and goddesses. And my life fell apart because it had to. The old could not sustain the new. But as you are experiencing it, it starts to feel heavy. It starts to feel crushing. It starts to feel lonely. And you adapt. I felt like I lost it all. I had no one that understood me. I had people that wanted to understand me, but the thousand mile stare in their eyes told me I was not being truly heard. And I started feeling like: why do I care? And I pulled away. I was tired of making time for the ones who proved regularly that I was not important in their life. My importance was convenience based. And when someone else was thought to be more valued than me, it hurt. It hurt that what I’d always believed about myself was true. The evidence continued to prove it. I’m not important. And then comes the gossip. The twisting of something no one even has the ability to fully understand. I became the odd one. The heretic. The heathen. The angry girl. The one who doesn’t practice what they preach because I was in the middle of something I didn’t even understand. I was treated horribly behind my back by the only people I loved and trusted, as far as I could allow myself to trust. What I would have given to feel held and loved for me in those moments! But if I had, would my curriculum have resulted differently? Because in the surrendering after a long, grueling fight I found light. I found belief in myself. I found a desire to master my craft. And I found a universal love in following the inspiration that has flowed through me. I learned a long time ago that your purpose isn’t something you keep to yourself. It’s the gift you give back to the world. That’s the main reason this space exists, appreciated or not. It’s my expression of my purpose. All the things that light me up. I spent an age devouring the content of others. Now, I share the wisdom I’ve gathered around the experiences of my life.

Idaho Ogham Transition from Wild Apple to Aspen
🌿🍂 The Idaho Ogham: From Wild Apple to Aspen September 27 – October 24 Spirit Messages • Flow • Letting Go The Grove of the Ponderosa Beloved, Our Idaho Ogham has quietly turned another page. And although I’m a little late announcing our arrival, perhaps that is rather appropriate for the medicine of Aspen. After all, not every transition announces itself with a trumpet. Sometimes, it arrives as a whisper through the leaves. Here in Idaho, the landscape is changing. The mornings are crisp, the sunlight has taken on that beautiful golden autumn glow, and the trees are beginning their magnificent surrender. The aspens, especially, have a way of capturing our attention. Their leaves shimmer and dance in even the gentlest breeze, as though the trees are carrying on a conversation with something we cannot quite see. And perhaps, symbolically speaking, they are. Welcome to the season of Aspen. 🍂 THE TRANSITION: FROM WILD APPLE TO ASPEN During our passage through Wild Apple, we explored wisdom, nourishment, and choice. We examined the harvest of our lives and asked ourselves what was worth gathering, preserving, and carrying forward. Wild Apple taught us to choose what nourishes us. But Aspen asks something different. Now that you have chosen what matters, what are you willing to release? Because gathering the harvest is only part of autumn’s work. We must also make room for what comes next. And this is where Aspen becomes such a beautiful teacher. 🌿 SPIRIT MESSAGES — The Language of the Unseen Have you ever stood beneath an aspen and listened? There is something extraordinary about the sound of its leaves. Unlike the heavy rustling of many other trees, aspen leaves seem to tremble, flutter, and whisper. Their flattened leaf stalks allow them to move with the slightest breeze. It is almost as though they are listening. Within our Idaho Ogham, Aspen invites us to become listeners, too. Not necessarily for voices from beyond, but for the subtle messages we sometimes overlook.
