#FOR_LEADERS - LEAD BY EXAMPLE! 👑
I’m sharing my latest InBody results. Not because these specific numbers should be everyone’s goal, but because I believe that as leaders, we have a responsibility to take care of the person who makes decisions for others every single day. The more people we lead, the less our health is just a personal matter. Our physical condition directly affects our energy, focus, emotional stability, resilience under pressure, and ultimately, our capacity to make good decisions. And that capacity matters. Because a leader rarely makes decisions that affect only themselves. Our decisions affect people. Their priorities. Their energy. Their growth. Sometimes their careers and their families. One great decision can create enormous value for a team. One poor decision, made when we are exhausted, distracted, or operating far below our potential, can do the opposite. That’s why I see taking care of myself as part of my responsibility as a leader. Leadership is not only about taking responsibility for your team. It is about taking responsibility for your own capacity to lead them well. Training. Sleep. Nutrition. Recovery. Mental clarity. These are not just personal health choices. They are investments into the quality of the decisions we make for other people. We don’t need to be elite athletes. We don’t need perfect InBody results. But I believe every leader should be able to ask themselves: Am I doing enough to increase my capacity to make great decisions for the people who trust me to lead them? Because if better health gives me more energy, more clarity, more resilience and a higher probability of making the right decision when it matters, then taking care of myself is not just something I owe to myself. It’s something I owe to the people I lead. Lead by example. Because you can’t not inspire. We are all leaders for people around us.

💬 Expert Q&A – Ask Our Trainers, Nutritionists & Physiotherapists
This is your space to ask our experts anything – about training, nutrition, or physiotherapy. Post your question in the comments below and our specialists will reply regularly. 🙌 🧭 How It Works To help us keep things organized, always start your comment with the category your question belongs to: - TRAINING / NUTRITION / PHYSIO - Then write your question underneath. 👉 This makes it easier for everyone to follow and learn from the answers. ✍️ Examples: 💪 TRAINING: I’m struggling to keep a consistent running routine – how often should I run to build endurance without overtraining? 🥗 NUTRITION: What’s a good post-run breakfast if I don’t have much time in the morning? 🧘‍♀️ PHYSIO: I often feel tightness in my lower back after working at a desk – what simple stretches would you recommend? 💡 Tip: Don’t hesitate to ask even the small questions – they often help others too. Feel free to reply to other members’ comments or share your own experience. 💬 Ask, share, and grow together. 🌿
