AI Builder Room: Business Life Management System and Structure
**1. What are you trying to make happen?** Use AI across my work/jobs with a hard split per project. No one thread, one drive, or one GitHub dumping everything together. Lanes now: - Marketing agency: accounting/finance/operations (Xero, bills, payroll). Teach that team to run it. - Water company: marketing and sales (website, content, strategy, video, Meta ad, e-commerce, events, etc). - Day trading: Grokbot crew that is trying to come up with profitable day trading strategy. Testing, implementing, paper trading. I still click live. - Stand up new business and apps quickly. **2. What have you tried already?** GPT, Claude Cowork/Code, GrokBot, Cursor. TradingView is connected two ways: Claudecode via MCP, Grok Bot through its own TV hook. Both Grok Bot and Claude post to Telegram. Zoho holds sales-rep data; not a clean weekly loop yet. GitHub is started; it isn’t a clean per-project layout yet. **3. Where are you stuck?** Everything is mixed. Need Architecture to stand up new projects quickly, and division of labor and clean walls: files, data, GitHub, chats, so agency never touches water-company work, trading never touches marketing, and a future business doesn’t land in any of those. I want to use all the tools together, GrokBot can does a ton well, Claude is amazing (but expensive), GPT is amazing. How use the best of them to work on different projects. Perfect world I can have my Zoom calls, uploaded recording and the Ai team can start knocking out projects. **4. What would a useful result look like?** Each project has its own chat, files, and repo (or folder). No cross-contamination. - Agency: finance team does Xero / bills / payroll in their tools without me. - Water company: a weekly loop — site + Meta + Zoho sales, then social, email, copy. - Trading: paper only what beats a hard backtest. Alerts stay coaching until then. - New work gets a new lane on day one. **5. What tools or systems are involved today?** Claude, ChatGPT, Grok Bot, Xero, Zoho, Meta, water-company site, Telegram (Claude + Grok Bot), TradingView (Claude MCP + Grok Bot), Databento, Cursor/GitHub for trading code.

GrokBot usage depleted pretty quickly.
Anyone else experience this? I’m a power user trying to get moved over to grok bot and ran out of my weekly usage in a day and a half lol. Plus an extra 60 bucks in usage before I caught the extra spending. I thought they advertised near unlimited usage 😂 Bah! I just spend a day and finally got all my Hermes agents moved over and now I’m dead in the water. I used Ray’s explicit instructions to use cloud agents as well and delegate. Is it because I have a tonne of channels rolling? Should I rethink how I’m doing this? Might just go back to buzz at this rate. That was at least working with my Claude max and gpt pro usage. Here’s my org on GrokBot. I’m tempted to just get supergrok heavy and keep going but if I have to migrate all my projects again that’s going to suck lol. @Ray Fernando thoughts? Am I expecting too much from this or am I doing things too inefficiently? I instructed it to specifically handoff tasks that cloud agents and if working locally to use cursor grok subagents to do the work as well as composer subagents for simpler tasks.
